The biggest test is about to start (well, I see it as a big test: 2 days Exhibition - one day building-up, one day presenting Wood You Like as best as possible to the expected 3000 visitors - business people all of them and hopefully many Architects, Designers, Developers and Self-builders among them). Everything is out of my hands now, done all I could on the preparations, let's have some fun now.
Like Tully at LOGICal eMOTIONs I'm a (personality) test Junkie. Bring a test to my attention and I'll drop everything (does that on its own indicate I'm an insecure person?)
A while ago it was the Keirsey test: I'm a Teacher Idealist (based on the ENFJ profile)
On the Enneagram of Personality Types I'm a Helper
I'm also a Capricorn (double Capricorn even) or an Ox in Chinese Astrology
The latest test Liz dropped on us was the Personal DNA test: I'm a Dynamic Inventor and this is my personal DNA code:
Complex? Complicated? Who wouldn't be with all these tests around? And I haven't even mentioned IQ-tests (125 highest personal score, but in Dutch tests I once scored 128, see - double Dutch English tricked again), Emotional Intelligence test etc.
But I still like the Strength-finder test best, although I'm still coming to terms with the results of
- Learner
- Input
- Maximiser
- Intellection
- Connectedness
Gallop gives you (at least) 5 items, not one stamp or label. And depending the circumstances the mix of these 5 'determine' me at that specific moment.
Or am I just simple me after all ;-)
How about you, do you 'fall' for these tests?
(p.s. away for two days now, big test on Wednesday 25 April and Thursday 26 April, see you Friday - almost weekend then!)
