Lately I have that 'content' feeling. Content as in: yeah, everything is going my way; plans I've been working on just 'work', conversations I have (off-line and on-line) are full of merriment and thoughtful aha-moments; I feel grounded in everything I do; and even the weather is very nice (everyday since last week the door of our shop is wide open, sun is shining, more and more little birds find their way back into our garden).
Or: overall Life is good!
Even a few months ago at this moment (feeling content) I would start to worry: this won't last, something bad is bound to happen, I have no right to feel this happy.
So, what's happened? Awareness, that's what happened. Awareness of being myself any which way I turn, through a sheer amount of conversations. My mentor would definitely call it: matureness (and being right between 40 and 50, yes it's about time I got mature).
With contentment also comes patience, better understanding that others react, reply, respond at their own pace and since I'm at 'peace' with that now, there seems to be more 'room' for contentment.
Almost everyday Kirsten's "Think Positive" blog reminds me of the reasons I can be content. With every affirmation she posts I can say now: yes got that, and that, definitely that and lets not forget that
While Kirsten can show you how to become aware of being content every day, Adam Kayce (Monk at Work) is not only doing a TeleClass on: The Key to Knowing Your Purpose, (18 April) he's also scheduled a "Black Belt Business Intuition Workshop", starting next week Wednesday.
Me, I'm just content with being content ;-)
Hi Karin,
It's great to hear about your contentment; may it spread, endure, and multiply. :)
And thanks for mentioning my teleclass and workshop!
I knew about "kiss", but I didn't know about this one; I'll have to have a look around...

Hi Adam
You're more than welcome.
As for this blog, it is a result of the Kiss2 blog in fact, due to a specific book Kent Blumberg recommended to me: Now discover your strengths.
Hope you'll like what you read here
